Chef's Table

A master of his art, chef Tim CINQUIN has trained with the big names in French cuisine. From Cabris to Paris, then from Paris to St Barth, it is with great experience that he returns to his native village to introduce the guests to the passion of his terroir. A passion whose philosophy places the product at the center of all concerns. Respect for the seasons, quality and freshness are the key words that guide his talent.

For this, the Chef Tim CINQUIN and Benjamin Ibarra his Pastry Chef, pay special attention to the origin of their products and the selection of their local suppliers. Together, they confer on their plates a home-made cuisine that navigates between land and sea to offer a nice culinary journey to gourmets.

La Table de l'Auberge du Vieux Château welcomes you with Mediterranean cuisine and seasonally prepared. In the vast period fireplace, the meats come to roast and release their delicious smells. You can relax by the fireplace while enjoying a cocktail from more refined by our "bartender". 

The dining room offers a panoramic view of the Place Mirabeau and the Mediterranean basin in the distance. From the first rays of the sun, the Auberge du Vieux Château opens its case on the terrace overlooking the sea to create an outdoor gourmet universe.
